## Restart

* **Start**: Open Hyper-V Manager → middle panel → select the virtual machine → right-click → `Start`.
* **Shut down**: Open Hyper-V Manager → middle panel → select the virtual machine → right-click → `Shut Down`.
* **Restart**: First `Shut Down`, wait a moment, then `Start` again.

> 1. If you need to shut down the host machine, please first shut down the virtual machine. Otherwise, when you restart the host, the program may not run properly.
> 2. Normal startup/shutdown sequence: `Host On` → `VM On` → `...` → `VM Off` → `Host Off`.
> 3. It is strongly recommended to keep the host running 24/7, because the market runs 24/7. After restarting, the program must run for 3 hours before it can automatically execute trades.

## Conditions for Strategy Execution

* After 3 hours of startup, the program should ideally run 24/7.
* Sufficient margin corresponding to the positions.
* The strategy must be **enabled**. Both trailing stop-loss and auto-entry require the strategy to be enabled. (Default is disabled).

## Modify Exchange and Subscription Email

* From the left menu, select `Configure Exchange`. After modifications, click `Save Configuration`.
* In the `Configure Exchange` screen, you can also change the subscription email. After saving, changes take effect immediately. Enter an email that can receive messages in real time; all trading logs will be sent instantly to that mailbox.

> 1. When switching exchanges or modifying any exchange info, you must restart; otherwise, the exchange info won’t take effect.
> 2. We do not collect any personal information, especially exchange information. All settings are stored only on your local VM system, so you can safely configure them. If possible, you can further enhance security by restricting IP at the exchange level.
> 3. About sandbox mode (testnet): Due to unstable APIs, low liquidity (few trades, requiring counterparties), and slippage, the fill rate is low. This is expected and not a concern. We recommend testing with small positions in live mode instead. Based on several years of live testing, the live fill rate can reach 95%. Since only limit orders are used, it’s impossible to achieve 100% fills, so manual intervention may sometimes be necessary.

* `Import Strategy Parameters`: Import parameters into the platform. After importing, you must restart the VM.

* The VM time zone is **UTC**. All output logs are in UTC.
* To convert to Beijing Time, add **+8 hours**.
* Do **not** change the VM time settings, otherwise it may affect program operation.
